Behavioural Economics 101

This workshop provides you a glimpse into the field of behavioural economics, touching upon the most important theories and concepts that are relevant to you. People are not rational beings; however, through the use of behavioral economics, you can learn to identify systematic deviations from rational choice and map cause-effect relationships behind customer decision-making.

Objective

By participating in our foundational workshop: 

  • You will understand how people make decisions and how to account for the systematic deviations from rational choice;

  • You will learn how to employ behavioural insights and how to shape behavior by changing the context of decision making.

Outcome

By the end of this workshop, you will get a better understanding of your company, your customers, and the world around you. It will enable you to develop a timelyunique and modern behavioural perspective, guiding you towards the application of more human-centered solutions. 

Industry-Specific Workshop

Our practical and thematic workshops deliver industry- and topic-specific insights to our clients on how behavioural economics can create value for their business. By introducing a wide range of behavioural tools and the appropriately-selected methodology, our team takes theory and market knowledge and packages it in an interactive workshop, where we analyze current challenges and solve problems together.

Objective

By participating in our industry-specific workshop:

  • You will learn how to evaluate business challenges from a behaviourist perspective and understand the logic behind behavioural frameworks;

  • You will learn to apply them to specific problems and your everyday work, taking knowledge from the workshop and transforming it  into impact  on the business floor.
